OUR ORGANIZATION
The clear consensus is that we must build upon the foundation that we began together. We have a moral imperative to be prepared to respond immediately to the needs of disaster survivors - particularly if governments are ever caught off guard again. My wife, Orly, and I formed a public charity for the common purpose of responding to people in times of disaster. Donations to the 2 Life 18 Foundation, Inc. will go directly to our disaster relief efforts. Funds will be utilized to respond quickly in times of national and global emergencies. As a team, we hope to continue extending help to victims as they rebuild their lives – restoring independence, sustainable autonomy, personal dignity, and reuniting families.

OUR GOAL
Our goal is to partner with existing governmental and relief agencies in order to provide urgently needed evacuation, food, counseling, housing, financial aid, and medicine to victims of disasters. In the aftermath of most disasters, our organization and its founders continue to provide ongoing support to displaced families, medical personnel and rescue workers. We provide transportation services, housing and rental assistance, and coordinate the transportation of food and medical care to and from disaster areas. 2 Life 18 Foundation, Inc. to this very day continues to provide direct financial assistance to many grassroots organizations that are rebuilding Gulf Coast and Haitian communities. Our long-term goal is to build on the effective mobilization that we have spearheaded as a private-sector based “first response” team: we help victims rebuild their lives following catastrophic disasters. Our long-term vision includes the creation of jobs so that communities become and remain self-sustaining.
